Visiting Priest: Fr. Gillespie

Fr. Gillespie will celebrate Mass on February 22 at 4:00 PM . Fr. Gillespie is the pastor of Holy Trinity Church, Georgetown, since 2015.  Prior to his current position, he was President of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Associate Provost of Loyola University Chicago, and Associate Professor of Pastoral Care and Counseling at Loyola University Maryland.  In addition, he has served on the faculties at Boston College, Georgetown Preparatory School, and Gonzaga College High School, Washington, D.C. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The College of the Holy Cross. With over 40 years of experience in pastoral counseling, Kevin’s professional focus has been on the integration of psychology and religion, a field in which he has lectured and published extensively.  He has a deep love for Jesuit education and the opportunities for intercultural exchange which it fosters.  He enjoys gardening, sports, travel and the arts. Fr. Gillespie earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia (1972), an M.A. in psychology from Duchesne University (1974), an M.Div. and S.T.M. from the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley (1987), and a Ph.D. in pastoral psychology from Boston University (1998). He entered the Society of Jesus in 1975, and was ordained a priest on June 14, 1986.

Women's Bible Study and Fellowship: Meets every Monday at 3:00 PM in the Chapel Fellowship Hall, led by Cheryl Rabbitt and Karin Teglia.

Catholic Way Bible Study: Meets every Tuesday from 3:00 PM - 4:45 PM in the Chapel Fellowship Hall, led by Cyndi Dickens. This new study requires an RSVP. Click below to sign up..

We are a mission of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church in Key Largo and the Archdiocese of Miami. Weekly Mass services are celebrated by Father Stephen Hilley from 11/2 - 05/24.

Father Stephen Hilley was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts and raised in Hollywood Florida. He was educated entirely in Catholic schools including the two seminaries in the Archdiocese of Miami: St. John Vianney and St. Vincent de Paul in Boynton Beach. He earned advanced degrees in both Philosophy and Theology and was ordained a Roman Catholic priest in 1979. Father Hilley served as a Chaplain and classroom teacher at Christosper Columbus High School, where he was appointed to his first pastorate. Later he ministered as pastor in Palmetto Bay at St. Richard's before being assigned to St. Justin Martyr.
